Mose Terms of Service

Effective: 1 September 2026 · Version: 1.0 · Turkish version: https://trymose.com/tr/terms (Where the versions differ, the Turkish text governs for users in Türkiye, the English text for everyone else.)

These terms govern your access to and use of Mose (trymose.com and app.trymose.com).

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and MOZME LLC (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). By creating an account or using Mose, you agree to these terms. If you use Mose for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. The service

Mose is an AI SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) content automation service. It reads a site you connect. It uses Google Search Console data for keyword and opportunity research. It generates articles and images with AI. It publishes to WordPress or Shopify through your own connection and measures the results.

3. Accounts and security

You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes. You must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for your account, credentials and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, pricing and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the next billing date. Prices do not include taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change prices by giving at least 30 days' notice. A price change applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

5. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time in settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds unless the law requires one.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, legal reasons, abuse or a risk to the service or others. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to correct the issue.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep all rights to your content and site data. You give us only the rights needed to operate the service for you. We assign to you all rights that we may have in output generated for you. Purely AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in some places.

You are responsible for reviewing output for accuracy, legality and suitability before it is published. The service publishes only to your site and only on your instruction or schedule. You can use draft mode so output is not published immediately.

Mose and its software, design, trademarks and service materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not transfer rights in them to you.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • create or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content;
  • send spam or conduct unauthorized marketing;
  • reverse engineer, bypass or interfere with the service;
  • scrape or systematically extract data from the service; or
  • resell or provide the service to others without a written agreement with us.

8. Third-party platforms and integrations

The service can connect to WordPress, Shopify, Google Search Console and PageSpeed. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them. Their availability, features and changes are outside our control. You must keep your own accounts and credentials current and authorized.

9. Service availability

We do not provide a service-level agreement unless we agree to one in writing. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, security work or events outside our control. Beta or preview features may change, fail or be withdrawn at any time.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. We disclaim all express and implied warranties. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, visibility in AI-generated search results, revenue or any other business result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify MOZME LLC and its personnel against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or the law. We will notify you promptly and allow you to control the defense, subject to our right to participate with our own counsel.

13. Copyright notices

Send copyright notices to [email protected]. Identify the protected work, the material you believe infringes it, your contact details and the basis for your claim. We remove infringing content when required and may disable repeat infringers.

14. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, labor disputes, utility failures, internet outages and failures of third-party platforms.

15. Assignment

You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets or transfer to an affiliate. Any other attempted assignment is void.

16. Governing law and disputes

The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, each party will try in good faith for 30 days to resolve the dispute after written notice.

Users in Türkiye keep all mandatory consumer protections under Turkish law. They may bring eligible claims before Turkish consumer courts or consumer arbitration boards. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot be limited by law.

17. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the service. Continued use after the effective date of a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and may cancel.

18. General

These terms and documents they reference are the entire agreement about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Notices may be sent to the email address on your account. You may send notices to [email protected].
